2012-2013 School Year for the Early Childhood Programs 
REGISTRATION: Program Application
Early Registration for our next school year will be on March 6, 7, and 8, 2012. Registration will be held at the "Edgewater United Methodist Church" in Murdock. It is located at the corner of US 41 and Cochran Blvd. It is just behind IHOP and Checkers. Tuesday and Thursday, registration is from 8:30 am until 3:30 pm and Wednesday , registration is from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
You MUST have: Child's Birth Certificate
Proof of total household income
Proof of Charlotte County Residency
If your child is receiving Speech, Occupational or Physical Therapy, please bring that documentation with you.
WITHOUT THE ABOVE PAPERWORK, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT OR PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION.
The application that is on line will not be accepted at the EARLY REGISTRATION.
